Are you an aspiring nurse? Whether you are beginning your educational pursuits or seeking a career change to the nursing field, this scholarship is an opportunity to continue Heather's commitment to mentoring, supporting, and fostering aspiring nurses like you.

Requirements for Submitting an Application:

For the purpose of applying for a scholarship, please complete and submit the following form by April 30, 2025, preference will be given to nursing students:

Education and Experience: Give a brief history of your education, extra-curricular activities, and work experience to date. Where will you be attending college and nursing school?

Community Involvement: Give a brief history of volunteer activities, community involvement, and contributions to the health care field.

Character Qualities: Describe your personal qualities you have to offer to the health care field. In what ways would you give back to the community?
